Job Description

We are currently seeking an Automation Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing end-to-end validation of high-value business processes through various stages. They will create test designs, processes, cases, and documentation, uncovering issues through debugging applications and continuous monitoring of systems under test. Additionally, the Automation Test Engineer will develop automation scripts, execute automation nightly, and perform failure analysis. They will also work in Jenkins CI/CD pipeline and have experience with automation team coordination, prioritizing scope of automation, and acceptance of automation scripts.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform end-to-end validation of high-value business processes through different stages.
  • Create test designs, processes, cases, and documentation.
  • Uncover issues by debugging applications through logs, stack traces, and test results.
  • Continuously monitor systems under test for improvements.
  • Develop automation scripts with open-source tools and execute automation nightly.
  • Work in Jenkins CI/CD pipeline and ensure execution.
  • Prioritize scope of automation and accept automation scripts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and delivery of projects.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications across environments.
  • Maintain existing code base, monitoring for failures in non-prod environments.
